It is bound to their backs and chests with chains and iron prayers, its weight forcing the body forward and its presence erasing any remaining thought of return. The Supplicant is made into a vessel not only of guilt, but of ending.

The Final Reliquary is sealed with sanctified charges and fragments of condemned relics, each one believed to carry the weight of unresolved sin. Its ignition is not triggered by command, but by proximity and inevitability. As the Supplicant closes with the enemy, the device answers the nearness of flesh with release. There is no signal, no cry, no final plea. The detonation is treated as a wordless confession, spoken at the only volume still permitted to them.

In battle, these Chained Supplicants are driven directly into the densest resistance. Their charge is short, brutal, and terminal. The enemy sees only desperation and fire. The Pilgrims of the Blighted Devotion see something else entirely: a soul that has been reduced to function, finally expended without remainder. What is left behind is scorched earth, scattered bodies, and the certainty that even the most stained life can still be offered whole.
