Push Fit Rods For 3mm & 5mm Rod Holes

These push fit rods have been designed for a tight fit on 3mm and 5mm rod holes, designed originally for Brave Sun starships but also compatible with plenty of other starships, planes, or other models with 3mm or 5mm rod holes.

These push fit rods are also designed to be printed with FDM printers or resin printers, and are "backwards-compatible" with Twist Lock Rod holes, creating a tight fit.

On FDM printers they're easiest to print standing straight up with a brim, printing relatively slow to prevent wobble or falling.

Printing many at once close together is possible and a shared brim may strengthen the other rods.

Test first with one. If you're not happy with the tolerance (too tight or too loose), try scaling the print 1% or 2% down or up!

The heights are 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, and 50mm for each 3mm and 5mm rod.
