Garran & Moxley The Horse - Npcs

Garran and Moxley have somehow convinced themselves that two people, one oversized cloth costume, and a wooden horse head are enough to create a convincing horse. The illusion holds up surprisingly well until you reach the four very obvious boots underneath, at which point several questions become difficult to ignore.

Garran and Moxley work well as comic performers or eccentric townsfolk, fitting naturally into fairs, carnivals, traveling shows, tavern celebrations, and bustling town encounters.
