Rail Embankments

Embark on a daring nightime Armoured Train raid!

These Rail Embankments consist two massive hills connected via an iron railway bridge that spans the entire length of a 4ft x 4ft board.

(This kit is designed to also work with a 3ft x 3ft board for those of you wanting to save on space.)

Due to their massive size, the embankments come apart for storage and practicalities of printing, and have been designed for fast set-up without the use of clips or magnets. Simply slot them together on the table and your are good to go in minutes.

Each Embankment prints in 9 large parts (excluding the bridge), and will fit print beds of 200mmx200mm. 

The sides of the embankments have been designed to strike a balance between aesthetics and playability, with perches and stairways allowing you to place miniatures as they make their way up to raid the train cars.

Includes parts to extend the length of the bridge section, as well as a version without the railway tracks.

Designed with FDM printing in mind, prints without supports. Parts are parted and oriented to get around some of the limitations of FDM printing.

Test printed on a Bambulabs P1S at 0.2mm layer height with 10% infill.
