A wingless and earthbound Grim Hog infected with a Hellfly, it has become a mobile fume vent, swollen and blistered with corruption. The diseased cannon welded into its backside spews dense, infectious gas that blackens the air and saturates the trenches. As it bounds forward on limbs too swollen to bear, its unthinking gaze is fixed on the next place to spread its rot.

The first stage of the Hellfly infection cycle, this abomination carries a weaponized organ fused with ritual steel, turning it into a living instrument of plague.
