Aetwar08 - Generaal Maczek Tank

This set was created by Carl Csúrgó based on his love of wargame-ready vehicles. We named this vehicle after the great Polish tank commander Stanisław Maczek. Please note, that extra ‘a’ in General is no misspelling. After WW2, Poland was Communist. Maczek was not, so he ran a pub in Edinburgh. He received no pension for his service, not until the great people of The Netherlands saw to honor his service in his hour of need. In tribute to both his service and that of the great people of the Netherlands, we’ve christened this tank proper with a Dutch rank for a Polish hero.
