Hussars, based loosely on Polish heavy cavalry from 16th-17th century. Historically accurate Polish winged hussars did not have giant double wings strapped to their backs, they might have had a single pole with feathers attached to their saddles.
All the parts are designed to be printed SUPPORTLESS on FDM printers (and resin as well), the modular to be glued together.
This set includes:
- 2 mounted lancers both with and without the wing
- a mounted captain with and without the wing
- a modular set including
- 2 heads,
- torso with and without wing
- legs (printed upside-down as oriented in the file)
- 3 hands (right and left)
- a horse (with tail printed separately)
If you are experiencing adhesion problems on FDM printers, the rider models have variants with support structures between legs that can be snipped off with cutting pliers and used as a part of terrain piece.
