Micadeus, Archdevil of Greed.
Since the infernal throne was usurped, The Lords of Hell have turned their ire towards each other rather than the angels or demons.

Micadeus, The Archdevil of Greed and Lord of The Third Circle. His avarice knows no bounds as he sends out his progeny across the planes of existence to collect all they can. These rat devils can be found swiping treasures from foolish adventurers or collecting lesser debts for the hells. Their collections are deposited into the Helvaults, a grand complex storing some of the greatest of treasures of The Nine Hells.

Similar to Hadak, Master of The Foundry holding out within the foundry- Micadeus hides within the gilded walls of his damned fortress above The Helvaults. Both understand that if the Archdevil Caius wants to hold dominion over The Nine Hells, he will need to control The Foundry and Helvaults... a task easier said than done.

Lord Micadeus, stands upon a hoard of treasures - soul coins, trinkets and such collected from across the planes of existence. Claiming hold over anything he can get his accursed gloved hands upon. As Lord of The Helvaults, he wields a massive key that can open some of the most important of vaults, but it also acts a weapon that can catch mortals and even tear their souls from their flesh.
Keys from many of the most important holding vault keys hang from his body. Each key ring pierces his flesh and is threaded around his ribs. Draped over his hunched form is a smouldering cloak made of the finest of fabrics. Large spines of bone pierce the cloak revealing his more infernal nature.

Few live to tell tales of meeting Micadeus, but the few that have speak of his multi-horned rat-like visage. His eyes pierce the darkened halls of the vaults; reflecting off of the endless piles of coins that seem to make up the very floors or foundation of some halls.
