Servant to Idinhelieth and Myrothlir in tandem, Norminos brings death through disease and pestilence, before raising his victims in a state of perpetual undeath. Each scythe is bound to each dark divine, embodying his dualistic nature. Those who face Norminos seldom live to tell the tale, and are resurrected as his Plagueborne. Since the battle of Duskweave this ill omen has lay in a state of suspension, whilst his masters bade their time to unleash him once again. That time now is the assault on Syelden, the home of the divine and all fallen souls on Tharador who were deemed worthy of an afterlife.

An ancient creation of the two Dark Divine, Idinhelieth and Myrothlir. Norminos was devised as a boon to both their domains, pestilence and undeath. This creature was a dark omen to be unleashed upon Tharador when the Gems of Edraves failed, and whilst it was initially successful in unleashing a plague upon Baldur during the time of Mindoriel’s Awakening, it was sent back to the Abyss by forces of Erdrydion. Now it is given a chance to exact its vengeance, in Syelden itself.

Norminos is unable to perish by normal means, for as a harbinger of Undeath, it will continue to be reborn each and every time. It must be banished to an abyssal realm, one with which its masters might only be able to free it with great difficulty. Until then, Norminos will continue to haunt the halls and planes of Syelden, unleashing its army of Plagueborn upon the afterlife, spreading disease and pestilence to every corner of the endless end.
