Known as the Well of Souls, Vejhar is the Jewel of Karamesht. Built on and around an oasis, the city is recognised by its large onyx ziggurat, topped with gold and and crystal.
The city sells its water to surrounding towns and villages, supplying local caravans and traders with water in exchange for rare gems, insect carapace and spices.
The people of Karamehst are a Theologic society, ruled by a cabal of necromancers. They believe the power over life and death is the greatest achievement possible. Their trade is based on necromantic practices, and one of their major exports is undead labourers.
