In the realm of Aifnir, Gan Ceann led the
illustrious Ivory Guardians against the hordes of
darkness. The paladin lord’s armor shone like
starlight, and his sword, Dawnbreaker, emanated
the radiance of the God of light. Under his
leadership, the Ivory Guardians were an
unyielding force for righteousness and justice. In
the climactic battle against the malevolent Archfiend,
Balzorath, Gan Ceann’s fate took a sinister twist as
Balzorath struck a devastating blow. With a final stroke
of his cursed sword, Balzorath beheaded the paladin
lord, binding Gan Ceann’s once-noble spirit to his
severed head, forever to be consumed by vengeance.
Gan Ceann then wrought an indiscriminate slaughter,
soaking the battlefield in the viscera of friend and foe
alike. After the bloody battle, the Ivory Guardians
managed to restrain Gan Ceann, reuniting his head and
body, allowing him respite from his curse. Now known
as the Dullahan, he sleeps beneath the blood-soaked
battlefield where his life was stolen. Legend tells that
whoever possesses Gan Ceann’s severed head will gain
unspeakable power. The Dullahan’s wrath knows no
bounds as he relentlessly pursues his head, leaving
terror and despair in his wake.
