Gate Of The Forgotten Span

Once part of a grand bridge that crossed a vanished river, the Gate of the Forgotten Span now rises alone like a broken memory, its sealed arch etched with symbols no living scribe can fully translate. Some claim that at certain eclipses the empty doorway fills with ghostly light, allowing those who pass through to step briefly onto the lost bridge itself and walk along the echoes of an age that refused to die.
