We have a couple of cheese presses (2 versions of each) and a couple other things that go with that. Cheese has to age at least 3 months so we have a shelf for it, cheese blocks, and a couple tables. We have a press bucket with curded milk and empty, that is ready for press. We have a bucket with milk and stir spoons and another bucket covered. The milk has to be stirred and heated to around 100 degrees and then covered for several hours to keep bugs out while the milk curds up. We have a merchant table for cheese and wine. You can use the wine barrel from this month’s wheel barrel set with it!
