THE STORY
Black Templars Chaplain Grimaldus leads the defence of Hive Helsreach, a city in the path of a massive greenskin force on the war-wracked world of Armageddon. Battle rages and the Black Templars win several vital battles, but as the ork numbers grow and the Imperial defenders dwindle, Grimaldus and his loyal Sword Brethren are forced into a desperate last stand that will test the Chaplain’s resolve and leadership to their limits.
In Blood and Fire, Grimaldus must make difficult choices on behalf of not only the Black Templars under his command, but Space Marines of the decimated Celestial Lions Chapter. Should they be encouraged to regroup and rebuild, or must they die to a man in service to Armageddon?

ABOUT THIS EDITION
This handsome special edition hardback book is bound in black faux leather with a bold red stripe in the centre of the front and back cover. Embossed Black Templar and Celestial Lions designs in gold foil adorn the front, back, and ribbed spine. The page edges are gilded, and a black ribbon bookmark finishes off the look nicely. Inside, you’ll find full-colour art, and a title page numbered from 1 to 2,500 and signed by Aaron Dembski-Bowden. This special edition also includes an introduction by the author.
