Contemptor Dreadnoughts stride the battlefield as gods of war, each an indomitable armoured walker controlled by an interred Space Marine hero. The Death Guard take pride in their ability to endure any hardship and overcome any foe – even death itself. Those sealed within the armoured sarcophagus of a Dreadnought operate as Legionaries writ large, favouring versatile weapon configurations that allow them to advance alongside the Legion's relentless infantry, providing heavy fire support as they shrug off enemy attacks.This multipart plastic and resin kit builds one Contemptor Dreadnought themed around the Death Guard Legion. It includes a full plastic Contemptor Dreadnought and a Death Guard Contemptor Dreadnought Upgrade Set with a resin head and torso. It features a helmet with a grim visor, alongside distinctive torso elements such as armour bonding studs, the Death Guard's Legion numeral, and industrial grilles and tubing befitting their spartan philosophy. These resin components replace some elements from the plastic Contemptor Dreadnought kit, allowing you to build and arm the model as you like. This kit comprises 164 plastic components and 2 resin components, and is supplied with a Citadel 60mm Round Base as well as a Legiones Astartes Vehicle Transfer Sheet containing 44 markings and icons. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Colour paints. This resin modelling kit is a collectable item and construction should only be undertaken by expert Warhammer hobbyists aged 15 years and over.This kit is also compatible with the Contemptor Dreadnought Weapon Frames, which are sold separately, allowing you to outfit your Dreadnought with two copies of the same arm-mounted ranged weapon.
