It’s the job of Referees to keep players in line during games of Blood Bowl. Nothing gets past the eyes of Halfling and Goblin Referees, and even the largest Big Guys accept their decisions despite their diminutive size. Of course, not every Referee is beyond reproach, and there’s no guarantee they’ll be completely neutral...
It takes a particularly ill-tempered and unhinged Halfling to become a Referee and face down players of a considerably larger build. The Halfling Referee is posed pointing up towards a taller player and reprimanding them. Gripped in their other pudgy little hand is a rather large snack!
The Goblin Referee is nimble and morally-flexible, they're always up for a bribe or two. The miniature is shown looking up at a player that may well be about to receive a surprisingly vicious beating.
