The Karacnos is a dedicated assault tank, a variant of the Triaros Armoured Conveyor that replaces its copious transport compartment with the mechanisms and munitions required for a single heavy weapon system – a mortar battery of radiological warheads, designed to sweep an area clear of organic life for later acquisition by the forces of the Machine God. The vehicle itself is heavily protected by armour plate and shielding, as well as self-targeting lightning weaponry and its infamous shock ram, which transform the Karacnos from a mobile artillery platform into a true assault tank, able to close with the enemy battle line and deliver its deadly cargo.
This multipart resin kit builds one Karacnos Assault Tank, a formidable artillery vehicle with a coil-lined shock ram at its prow. The tank's chassis is lined with mechanical details, from grilles and rivets to the cogs and cables of its rear engine. Its upper hull features paired flare shield projectors, as well as two imposing servo-arms carrying powerful lightning locks. The vehicle's mortar bays and sponsons can be assembled gluelessly, allowing you to adjust their positioning and close the armoured shutters or expose the tank's six rows of rad-missiles as you choose.
This kit comprises 50 resin components. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Colour paints.
