The A-70 Thunderking is an advanced VTOL variant of the 1970s American–West German MTA-70 joint development project. It is a 2nd Generation MTA who's design is largely inspired by both the MBT-70 experimental battle tank and A-10 Thunderbolt II ground attack aircraft.
The A-70 variant would be the first MTA in history to utilize a Vertical Take-off and Land (VTOL) propulsion system. In addition to the VTOL flight units, A-70 upgrades included an improved head optic, the replacement of the heavy leg armor with x3 reaction control thrusters per leg, and light-weight composite armor added to the core and shoulders.
Combining the speed and range of a fighter with the firepower and armor of several tanks put A-70 units in high demand, especially as QRF and escorts for air-cav forces striking deeping into the Vietnamese jungle. Its armaments consist of back mounted missile pods, hand mounted 105mm semi-automatic cannon and a composite battleshield.

Pre-Supported .stl files
Unsupported .stl files
The included .stl files have been extensively test printed, designed for 1/285 (6mm) scale wargaming and resin printers. All files are watertight, so can also be printed in filament. Easily up-scaled to 1/100 (15mm) by simply increasing the scale of the .stl files 230% in your chosen slicer.
All 6mm mecha stand roughly 35mm-50mm tall, depending if its a light, medium or heavy-class mech. Upscaling a medium-class 45mm tall mech to 15mm will give you a mecha standing roughly 100mm tall.
