Description
Estemmenosuchus mirabilis was a remarkable prehistoric creature that roamed the Earth during the Late Permian period, around 260 million years ago.
Belonging to the therapsid group known as dicynodonts, it stood out for its peculiar appearance. With a stocky body and a barrel-like chest, Estemmenosuchus inhabited what is now modern-day Russia.
