Description
Brachiosaurus altithorax, a colossal giant of the Late Jurassic period, inhabited North America around 154 to 153 million years ago.
It was a truly awe-inspiring dinosaur, renowned for its towering stature and unique long-necked, long-tailed physique. One of the largest land animals to ever exist, Brachiosaurus reached lengths of up to 85 feet and stood as tall as a four-story building.
Its front legs were notably longer than its hind legs, giving it a giraffe-like appearance, enabling it to reach vegetation high in trees.
