Description
Dryosaurus altus was a small, fast-moving herbivorous dinosaur that lived during the Late Jurassic period, approximately 155-145 million years ago.
It measured around 10 feet in length and weighed about 200 pounds. With long, slender legs and a lightweight build, Dryosaurus was well-adapted for speed, likely using its agility to escape predators.
It had a beak-like mouth equipped with cheek teeth ideal for eating plants.
Its fossils have been found in North America, providing valuable insights into the diverse ecosystems of the Jurassic.
