Description
Ticinosuchus ferox was a Triassic archosaur from around 240 million years ago, resembling a large, agile predator.
Measuring about 3 meters (10 feet) long, it had a sleek, elongated body and strong limbs, making it a swift and efficient hunter.
Its long, crocodile-like snout and sharp teeth suggest it fed on smaller vertebrates, including early reptiles and amphibians.
Unlike modern crocodiles, Ticinosuchus walked upright on all four legs, with a posture similar to some early dinosaurs.
