So this group is exactly the one you don't see. Zombies can be smart, and some have learned to hunt. While the one noisiest group of zombies takes the attention away from you, these quiet dead are stunning with their sudden appearance behind you.
That's why it's useful for any stalker to have a good machete or bat behind their back to fight back in close combat. Although even here you may not stand much of a chance. You will at most be able to deal with one or two, but the third will reach the target. Even if you are lucky enough to take them down, the first group of zombies will come to your aid. So be smart and be quiet!
