This is a a peice of terrain for the table top battle game Gaslands. The model comes in multiple parts, and the water tank portion comes with and without the billboard option. Scaled perfectly for Gaslands it provides some nice terrain options. Gaslands is roughly "20mm" scale, so if you wanted to scale the model files for another game use that as a starting point.
To create the billboard, it's as simple as printing an image in the right size and using some white "pva" glue to attach it. The billboard image is 26mm x 40mm approx. I've included a printable template to make cutting the image easier.
