Timber Wolf Prime | Syllogy 4th Generation
The Clan heavy that became an icon.
Known to the Inner Sphere as the Mad Cat, the Timber Wolf is a 75-ton Clan OmniMech introduced in 2945. Its rounded cockpit, powerful arms and distinctive shoulder pods made it one of the most recognizable machines of the Clan Invasion.
The Prime configuration combines paired LRM 20 launchers with large and medium lasers, a medium pulse laser and machine guns. It carries the familiar silhouette that made the Mad Cat so recognizable.
Configuration armament
2 x ER Large Laser; 2 x ER Medium Laser; 2 x LRM 20; 1 x Medium Pulse Laser; 2 x Machine Gun.
My 4th generation design
This Timber Wolf is part of my fourth generation of 'Mech designs. I've included a standing pose and a dynamic "Forward hunt" pose. I've retained the native armor panels and weapon detailing, added clear recessed cockpit panels, repaired the individual parts before joining the model, and reinforced the antenna, toe connections and exposed gun rims for miniature printing.
What you get
Timber Wolf Prime standing pose STL
Timber Wolf Prime dynamic pose STL
Each pose is a complete, assembled, one-piece model.
Scale and printing
The standing model is approximately 50.0 mm tall, including the antenna. Both poses share the same scale, and the files use millimeters.
I've prepared these models for resin miniature printing. They come unsupported and without bases, so you'll need to choose an orientation and add supports appropriate to your printer and resin. I've completed digital geometry checks, but I haven't physically test-printed these models yet.
The images show Blender renders of the included model geometry. The downloads are unpainted STL files.
