No Man's Scavs Remixed

Kitbashed together for playing TC's Dragon Hunt scenario, which needed "peasants" of some description, these NPCs can serve double or even triple duty filling in as a universal Striding Mercenary (I'd recommend using Mamluk Faris' stats), or, for those ambitious types, they can be used in your TC themed TTRPG, maybe Turnip28, or any other grimdark, or fantasy/scifi game you want.
