Palatine Destroyers

Once guards of the senate these loyal men did not betray the Eternal City. No they were betray by Rome itself. The senate was cast down and an emperor installed in their place. Sickened by this blatant grab for power they forsoke their positions and the false pretender. They held true to their old oaths to see the senate forever guiding the people of Rome and in their quest to do so brokered dark pacts with false gods.
