Disease Horsemen

The Disease Horsemen are the galloping rot of the Great Blight. Mounted upon necrotic steeds with tattered barding and weeping sores, these former knights have traded chivalry for eternal contagion. Clad in pitted, rusted plate, they wield heavy flails and hammers to shatter bone and infect the living. Their charge heralds the inevitable spread of decay.
