A towering 3 story structure, this model looks great in narrow alleyways and along the docks. The exterior stairs, balcony and cargo doors give this kit some interesting gameplay options.
The model comes with options of a blank sign or one with a fish motif. The balcony is connected using openLOCK clips and is removable, allowing a connection point for the Building Bridge kit.
Designed with FDM printing in mind, prints without supports. Parts are parted and oriented to get around some of the limitations of FDM printing.

Test printed on a Prusa mk3 i3 and a Bambulabs P1s at 0.2mm layer height with 10% infill.
