Spikebone Evernewt - 5E Stats + Art Included

The Spikebone Evernewt is a bone-consuming amphibian
found in graveyards, battlefields, and underground crypts,
where it feasts on skeletal remains to grow razor-sharp
spikes. Unlike its more passive relatives, this Evernewt is an
aggressive defender, launching bone projectiles at predators
and using its spiked body as a natural deterrent.
Hunters and warriors prize the Spikebone Evernewt as a
battle companion, feeding it bones to increase its natural
armor and offensive capabilities. Some necromancers
even breed them as guardians, using them to clean up
leftover remains and protect tombs.
Although not inherently hostile, a well-fed Spikebone
Evernewt can become a formidable creature, launching
volleys of sharpened spines and making it a dangerous
encounter in bone-littered environments.
