6mm Scale Hex Terrain Tile System - Set Of 12 Tiles + Forest Scatter

Are you looking for a set of FDM printable hex terrain tiles for your home wargames? I created this set for myself to play Mecha Hex from OPR as well as another American mecha wargame.

I wanted something that could be modular enough to mix up the battlefield, but still chunky enough that I wasn't trying to align incredibly small sections and keep them lined up.

-12 unique terrain tiles
-1 plain grass tile
-3 lake+hill tiles, including a waterfall
-6 river tiles
-2 hill-only tiles
-A light woods terrain scatter piece
-A heavy woods terrain scatter piece

The tiles can be mixed and matched to create whatever configuration you'd like to have! The flat tiles are great for adding buildings and other terrain elements too, while the water and hills create natural places for concealment and cover.

I've included a series of photos so you can see it in action on my home table. Please note that the other models in the photos that are not listed above are for reference only and not included in this listing.

The tiles fit together with 2mm diameter x 8mm long pins. I went this route vs printed pins as they're much more durable and hold the tiles more securely. You may need to use a pin drill to clean up the holes after printing as small horizontal holes can be a challenge for FDM printers.

These are fairly large tiles! They have a 239x215mm footprint, so verify you can print that size on your home printer before purchasing. I did mine on my Bambu A1.
