St. Ignatius, earlier Inigo Lopez de Loyola, started life as a son of minor nobility. Enamored with glory, he would fight for the Duke of Najera in several campaigns. He would be gravely wounded at the Battle of Pamplona, where afterwards he would find God during his convalesence.
We have chosen to depict Inigo during his early campaigns with this character set. The armor is based on period spanish armor from the early 16th century.
