The Lord of Sorrows returns - reimagined in terrifying new detail. Once a towering demon cloaked in a hardened beetle carapace, he is now understood for what he truly is: a hive of misery, host to swarms of parasitic worms that burrow through his rotting flesh and serve his twisted will. Many believe his original form has long since perished, consumed by the creatures that now wear his corpse like armour. But the truth is far darker. The Lord of Sorrows remains fully aware, fully in control, and wholly devoted to spreading anguish. He is no longer merely a demon; he is the embodiment of despair made flesh.

The parasites within him are more than mere vermin. They infect water sources with larvae, beginning a slow and horrific transformation in their victims. Once ingested, the worms root themselves deep in the nervous system, forcing hosts to relive their most traumatic memories in vivid detail. Eventually, they devour the parts of the brain capable of joy, leaving only sorrow in their wake. It is then that the Lord of Sorrows comes to them—drawn to their suffering, nourished by their collapse.
