Archimedes, Engineer Sage is one of the many Anceint Greek Philosopher Heros, part of my series where I reimagine Greek Philosophers as Greek Heros.
Archimedes of Syracuse, born around 287 BCE, was a brilliant mathematician, physicist, engineer, and inventor whose groundbreaking work in mathematics and physics, including the principles of buoyancy, the law of the lever, and innovations like the Archimedes screw and war machines, influenced later scientific thought and practical engineering, leaving a lasting legacy in both theoretical and applied sciences.
That's why I've reimagined him as a heroric mechanical inventor bridging technology and greek mythos. Stay tuned for more Greek Philosopher Heros and follow to see what comes next!
I've also been working on Greek and Roman Gladiator themed insects that I'll be posting soon so comment if you want to see that!
