Tiberion Axelos is the current governor of the city of Zemora, a melting pot of Erosian ambition and Jagradian pride on the eastern coast of Askaria. As the son of Erasthanos Axelos, Tiberion governs under a heavy shadow. Torn between two cultures and caught in a web of political unrest, he is a ruler beset by doubt, haunted by the legacy of his father, and under constant pressure from his scheming brothers-in-law.

Despite his fears and flaws, Tiberion remains deeply committed to his city. He is not a warrior, nor a tyrant—but a man trying to maintain control as old alliances break and chaos creeps in. He finds solace in the quiet moments: the perfume of the garden, the view of the harbor at dawn, the company of old friends like Magros the Stubborn. With the arrival of the infamous mercenary Kaelion and his Lost Falcons, Tiberion's rule enters a dangerous new phase—one that may either save Zemora or destroy it.
