Gryphon is a state-of-the-art Kestrel-class starship custom-built to fill a variety of roles. Though currently employed as a mercenary for hire, she could also excel in any number of less dramatic occupations. The model can also be used to represent Phoenix: a ship salvaged from the scrap yards, gutted, and refurbished with whatever was available. She's a little scruffy-looking, but gets the job done.
