Modern Urban Terrain is a collaborative series from Ben Gayer, Will Walker, Nasos Maloudis, and the Patrons of Aether Studios.

This set was sculpted by Ben Gayer – specifically upon request. He did a fantastic job on this set and I insisted we name it after him.

Later, Will added options on the roof and mounted the building on our sidewalk tiles.
