Elgnirk, The Choas Elf

Elgnirk was driven mad with grief when its twin soul was lost in the fog of dementia. It carries a glowing cane fashioned from the bough of a forbidden tree, guiding Elgnirk among the naughty and nice, touching them with joy to fill the world with memories for its beloved to devour.
