The Iron Golem has been designed with dwarven ingenuity and aesthetics in mind. Our metal friend here was sculpted with over 100 individual objects in Blender, giving it a very construct-like look. Rich engravings and ornaments are placed around this well proportioned hunk of metal.
Since the Iron Golems in D&D have a "Gas attack", there are various (ornamented) exhaust holes placed around its waist. A big, chunky, ornamented sword completes the threating look.
