When the crew's proxy Taichi urgently requests them at their local watering hole, they discover an urgent plea from Maria Barker - a local politico shattered by her daughter’s tragic death at the hands of the LED-heads. Now, driven by grief and a burning desire for vengeance, Barker temporarily steps down from office to wage a personal war against the gang. She needs the crew to infiltrate one of their events, uncover the location of the LED-heads' elusive leader, Clarence “Blink” Jones, and bring him to her alive for a substantial reward. With promises of political favour and future jobs, Maria Barker sends the crew through the neon-lit underbelly of the Chrome Coast in search of good old fashioned street justice.
