20mm 1:72 "The Terrace Front and Back Yards Set

"The Terrace Front & Back Yards Set" comes flat packed, is unpainted and requires assembly using PVA. Designed to go with "The Terrace" in  20mm giving an approximate overall footprint of: 240mm wide 261mm back to front.

The set includes the front and back yard, the base of each being 2mm MDF, walls 3mm MDF and the 2 part gates 0.8 mm plywood. The gates are engraved each side and need to be glued back to back. 

Included in the set are 3 x outside W/C's.
