DESCRIPTION Renault R40
The R35 didn't seem suited to muddy terrain, which meant excessive fuel consumption, so the R40 was created. The idea was that the tank wouldn't get bogged down and would grip muddy terrain better, even if it meant losing a little speed on the road. The brand-new Issy-les-Moulineaux construction workshops developed a running gear with vertical suspension like that of the Renault D2. The undercarriage was fitted with boat-type tracks (similar to those on the B1).

The models :
Model only tested and intended for resin printing at 1/56 scale.
The models are hollowed out to save resin.
