Mandator

Mandators are the footsoldiers of Colony 87’s local criminal networks. There are several such organisations operating within Vandestad and across Cerberus. Lord- Governor Greiss claims a healthy percentage of their profits. Mandators are unquestioningly loyal to their Archons and are often bound by blood to one another.
