Beneath the streets, where the gaslight never reaches, a new kingdom festers. The Sewer Rats — a gang of feral urchins. They follow their monstrous matriarch: the Rat Mother, a swollen half-human horror that whispers to them in the dark.

Armed with knives carved from the teeth of beasts and clothed in rags soaked by the runoff of the city above, these children strike from the shadows to defend their tunnels and claim tribute from those who dare to enter their realm. To some, they’re vermin. To others, an urban legend.
