The Cult of Metemorphosis firts unleasehed the Nightmare Juggernaut during the siege of the fortified monastery at San Sebastian. Falling to thier knees in fearful prayer at the first sight of this awesome monstrosity, the devout Forsaken defenders believed that somehow they had already died, and the wormlike dragon rising up was one of Hell's devils coming for them. Horrific as it is deadly, the Nightmare Juggernaut is a force to be reckoned with.
