The Northman - Human Barbarian

The Northman rests beside an enormous sword with one hand behind his head, looking far more like a man waiting for something interesting to happen than a warrior carrying enough steel to split a shield in half. Fur hangs across his broad shoulders, old leather and battered gear cover what little protection he bothers wearing, and his relaxed posture suggests a man who has survived enough fights that he no longer feels the need to look dangerous. The sword usually handles that part for him.

He works well as a wandering sellsword or veteran adventurer, especially when you need someone who looks capable of becoming either a valuable ally or a serious problem.
