Drow Swamp Sorceress - Saratha

A wisewoman and wife to Orathin, Saratha convenes with the swamp itself to understand its woes, of which there are many in the current age. Saratha, however, is more receptive to the whispers of the Irinaxi Drow than her husband, and has clandestinely consorted with their agents who promise her and her people support in ridding Lo Fuin of the outsiders, so long as the Swamp Dwellers provide aid in destroying the Glanbelite Drow in return.

Saratha is the wisewoman of her village, seen as a sage who can convene with the Swamp. Through this, she can hear its woes, but also take note of any other creatures within the Swamps bounds, even if they are hundreds of miles away. The Swamp will tell her. This has been used by her for centuries to track creatures and interlopers through Lo Fuin’s surface, either to hunt them, or avoid them.

It is this particular ability that has placed Sara in the eyes of Irinax, whose servants seek to win her as an ally so her powers might be used later in the war against their Glanbelite foes. For now, they offer to Saratha and her husband Orathin, their services to rid Lo Fuin of the foreign invaders in Zander’s Peril. Thereafter, the pair and the villagers who follow them will pledge loyalty to the city of Iriksha, and bring about what they hope is the final blow against the Glanbelite Drow of Hirika.
