Elminiaturista Commercial Frontiers License
This license grants the right to sell in physical format the following range: Sebastian Highway: The
Vulture.
License Details
1. Duration:
o This license is valid for LIFETIME starting from the date of end of the campaign.
After that period, the range will require a renewal or transition to a new licensing
agreement.
2. Physical Sales ONLY:
o You may only sell physical models printed with your personal 3D printers.
o Digital files (STL or other formats) cannot be sold, shared, or distributed under any
circumstances.
3. Sales Channels:
o You can sell through online marketplaces like Etsy or through your personal online
store.
o You are permitted to sell in physical stores.
4. Credit to Elminiaturista:
o All items offered for sale must prominently display that they are designed by Juan
Sanz Elminiaturista and sculpted by Ivan Mata.. This must be made clear through a
visible image or prominent text in the product listing or packaging.
5. Educational Use:
o Academies and Painters: You are permitted to use the Sebastian Highway: The
Vulture bust to impart courses, workshops, or training sessions.
o You may distribute physical copies of the bust to students or participants as part of
these educational activities.
o All distributed copies must maintain proper credit to Elminiaturista, ensuring the
design origin is clear.
6. Non-Transferability:
o This license is linked to your name and your Frontiers account. It is non
transferable and cannot be assigned to third parties under any circumstances.
o Your Frontiers account may be required at any time for verification of your license
status.
7. Restrictions:
o Crowdfunding: You cannot run crowdfunding campaigns (e.g., Kickstarter, Frontiers,
etc.) using Sebastian Highway: The Vulture or any other Elminiaturista products.
o Modifications: You cannot modify the designs of Elminiaturista products or use them
as foundation to create other models.
o Molds and Injection: You cannot create molds or injection parts from Elminiaturista
designs.
o Large-Scale Production: You cannot sell in large series. Production and sales are
intended for small-scale, independent sellers only.
o Wholesale and Suppliers: You cannot sell wholesale or act as a supplier for other
businesses or stores.
o Painting Guides: The painting guides included in the campaign are for personal use
only. They cannot be distributed, printed, or sold in any format under any
circumstances.
By purchasing this license, you agree to these terms and commit to following them. Elminiaturista S.L.
retains all rights to the designs, and any breach of this agreement may result in the termination of your
license.
This license ensures that sellers and educators can offer high-quality physical products while protecting
the intellectual property of Elminiaturista S.L. and maintaining accountability through verification
processes.
