The Skeleton Horde is a staple for any DM looking to field an encounter to keep players on their toes. 

Trefor was once a City Guard who was sent to investigate some mysterious goings on in the sewers, and was sadly never to return.  some decades later, his skull cavity was adopted by a rat named Remy who goes everywhere with his newly reanimated home!
