What is the Strategion Scale?

These figures are close to 6mm but highly stylised. They are generally 6.5mm to the nose and occupy a 5x5mm footprint. This size is very close to some of the more 'heroic' small scale figures available in metal.

How big or small can I print them?

Strategion figures are designed to be printed between 50% and 200% their normal size on a resin machine without any support work. The undercuts are manageable at these sizes however if you wish to printe them larger you may need to bring in some supports depending on the type of machine you are using. There is no theoretical upper limit however their distinctive style becomes increasingly prominent with size.

But what scale are they?

Scale is highly dependent on how you interpret the style. The heads are magnified considerably so you will get a different result depending on whether you measure them to the top of their heads, their eyeline or their shoulders. Suffice it to say they work well between 6mm (1:287) and 8mm (1:220 or Z-scale if you're in to trains). The reason they are slightly chonkier than other small scale brands is so they look good on a 5x5mm grid, that way they will work well with any base size for any rule set.
